We require that all clients give at least 15 fifteen days notice when canceling or rebooking a service. Late cancellations will be charged with the method of payment provided on the reservation and a cancellation fee of 50% fifty percent of the services booked will be charged for cancellations as payments and reservations are made in advance to provide the service to you, so there will be no refund, but can be applied to future services.
We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances in case of a real and unavoidable emergency, to reschedule your service you need to give at least 15 fifteen days notice.
Your personal information or data will not be shared with third parties outside SHARECAR S.A. de C.V. unless required by law or by resolution of a competent authority.
